Please ensure you thoroughly review and understand these terms before engaging with our services.
Processing Times and Policy Limits:
We aim to provide timely and accurate assessments of insurance policies; however, processing times may vary depending on the type of policy and complexity of the search.
Individual Owned Policies: Assessments typically require 2 to 5 days.
Commercial Policies (Business Entity): Assessments may take 5 to 7 days, occasionally up to 10 days.
Discovery Searches: These comprehensive searches may take up to 14 days or 2 to 4 weeks.
For insurance discovery searches, a deposit in full is required before processing commences. All deposits are non-refundable and must be submitted at the time of the request, unless prior arrangements have been made. Upon successful identification of a previously unknown insurance policy, the deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the search, and an invoice will be sent for the remaining balance. No further charges or fees will be assessed unless an additional policy offering is confirmed and successfully processed at the client’s request.

Fees:
Requests with a date of loss less than 1 year incur no additional charge. For requests with a date of loss of 1 year or more:
Within 1 year: No additional charge.
1 to 3 years from the date of loss: Additional $30.
3 to 5 years from the date of loss: Additional $60.
5+ years from the date of loss: Additional $100.
Our Quality Assurance department thoroughly reviews all case results for accuracy before submission. No charges or fees are assessed if we are unable to provide or confirm the requested information. A full refund will be issued upon review of supporting documentation provided by the requester, confirming inaccurate results.

Affirmations and Declarations:
Customers agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and provide accurate, current, and complete information. We collect information from third-party sources, which may be inaccurate or out-of-date. Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and we disclaim all warranties and duties.

Payment Terms:
You will only be charged if we return a result for you. Final results are released after your card has been successfully charged.
IF YOU ARE USING A VIRTUAL CREDIT CARD, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: THE AUTHORIZATION DATE SHOULD BE SET TO 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF REQUEST. ESPECIALLY REQUESTS MADE ON FRIDAYS, AS FPL IS NOT OPEN ON THE WEEKEND, AND THOSE REQUESTS MAY NOT GET WORKED TILL MONDAY. MULTIPLE SHOULD BE CHECKED AS THE CHARGE WILL VARY DEPENDING ON RESULTS. CREDIT LIMIT SET SHOULD CORRESPOND WITH THE TOTAL COST OF SERVICES REQUESTED.

Service Reservation:
We reserve the right to decline service to any individual or entity at our discretion.
